Millions of New Yorkers have Medicaid, but most don't know it can help with more than basic healthcare. Through a New York State program, eligible Medicaid members can get help with food, housing, transportation, and more. Provision connects them to those services.

As a Provision team member, you'll reach out to interested Medicaid members by phone, find out about their situation, and check what they're entitled to. If they qualify for services, you'll set them up. Then you'll keep in touch, checking in regularly to make sure our services are working for them.
